The learning and evaluation situations (SAÉ) from Éduc'alcool are a free educational resource for teachers to address alcohol consumption in schools.

Recognizing that over two-thirds of young people have already tried alcohol before the age of 14, this program offers an open educational approach. It aims to demystify alcohol consumption rather than making it a taboo subject, which could increase its appeal. Teachers, playing a crucial role alongside parental influence, can use these resources to engage in responsible discussions about alcohol.

The "À toi de juger" program, in line with the Québec Education Program, provides guides, student workbooks, evaluation grids, and other materials designed for a 75-minute period. It targets students from 5th grade primary to 5th grade secondary, incorporating subjects of Ethics, French, and Science and Technology, around themes of health, environment, media, and citizenship.

The goal is to delay the age of first alcohol consumption among young people, to inform them about moderate consumption versus abuse, to promote responsible behavior in the face of social pressure, and to demonstrate that pleasure does not necessarily require alcohol consumption. The program seeks to develop young people's critical thinking, allowing them to express their opinions and experiment with the concepts discussed, such as the effects of alcohol on the body and managing peer influence.
